We’re excited for our NIHAO students to share their talent and celebrate Lunar New Year with the wider South Bay community. We hope to see you there!
NIHAO students have been invited to perform at the South Coast Botanic Garden’s Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 15, from 10:00am–1:00pm. Our preschoolers from Torrance and Redondo Beach and afterschool students from Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Del Aire have prepared a festive Lunar New Year song and dance, and our Afterschool students will showcase traditional music pieces.
The South Coast Botanic Garden’s Lunar New Year Celebration is a beloved community event that brings families together to welcome the new year surrounded by nature, cultural performances, hands-on activities, and festive décor. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, children’s crafts, themed photo spots, and beautiful garden experiences throughout the day.
