Job Duties and Description:

Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as using email, telephone, mail, and in person interview. Design methods and ways to survey and obtain the needed information from competitors and various cultural groups. Collect and gather data on competitors in southern California and analyze their programs and curriculum, reputations, pricing and payment strategies, and marketing and promotion methods. Collect and analyze data on various cultural groups' demographics, preferences, needs, factors, and thoughts for choosing Chinese language school, after-school and tutoring programs for their children. Seek and provide information to help the company determine its business's position and reputation in the Chinese language school, after-school and tutoring programs and services. Measure and assess the company's programs and services' satisfaction rate among its patrons. Measure the effectiveness of the business's marketing, advertising, and promotions efforts and strategies. Attend staff meetings and provide the president with information and proposals concerning the promotion, design, and pricing of the company's programs and services. Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs that tailored to various cultural groups. Forecast and track marketing expenses and enrollment trends. Prepare reports of findings illustrating data graphically and detailing the meaning of the findings.


A Master's degree in Marketing and 12 months of experience working in any marketing executive/specialist position are required.

Working Hours:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week.
